From Grain to Goodness

Artisan baked goods made with flour we mill fresh every daily from locally grown grains.

Our story

Baked the way it used to be

At Olde Mill House Bakery, we believe great baked goods start long before the oven. We source whole grains from local farms, mill them fresh daily on our stone mill, and bake with that flour the same day.

The result is bread and baked goods with a depth of flavor, nutrition, and character you simply can't get from commercial flour.  Every loaf and muffin tells the story of the land it came from.

Baked goods

Made fresh, every morning

Morning Pastries

Morning Pastries

Buttery croissants, morning buns, and seasonal danishes made with fresh-milled pastry flour.

Cinnamon Rolls

Cinnamon Rolls

Pillowy soft, generously spiced, and glazed with local honey. A weekend favorite.

Why fresh-milled

Flour that's alive

More nutrition

Whole grain flour retains the bran, germ, and endosperm — delivering fiber, vitamins, and minerals stripped away in commercial milling.

Richer flavor

Fresh-milled flour has natural oils that oxidize quickly. We mill and bake same-day so you taste the grain at its peak.

True craft

Stone milling is slow and gentle, preserving the grain's integrity. It's the way flour has been made for centuries — and we think it shows.
